★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repairs are not addressed. Garbage all over the place. Fruit trees are messy. It is a tripping hazard when the fruit is on the side walks. Bees are all over. I would like to put in gardens in my back yard but cant because of the rotting, broken fencing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don Chown is the worst property manager I've ever met. I sold my condo earlier this year and I'm glad I no longer have to deal with him. To say the least, he's rude and useless! I would have rated 0 given the chance. Even -5 if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this company has been truly awful. They make false accusation with not a shred of evidence. This is a clear case of harassment. Its time that the condo owners look a little deeper into there business practice. How can you trust a company that operates in this manor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called 3 times in the past week for this don chown to answer a simple question about one of the properties he manages and he doesn’t even have the respect to call back. I was going to buy a unit in this building but since he can’t even make a phone call back I wonder how he is when the building needs some work done to it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the biggest **shole out there. Thinks he’s better then everyone else. Doesn’t know his own bi-laws for our condo. Treats and talks down to you like your not good enough to belong to his little “group” of condo owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Realtor who has also sat on condo boards in the past I have interacted with well over 100 property management companies. The owner/property manager could not be bothered to take five minutes to discuss a few questions about the unit and condo docs. I can assure you this is no where near the level of service you should expect from a property management company. I can’t speak for the other managers at the company but Don Chow was rude, condescending and had zero concern about wether or not conditional sale firmed up or fell apart.

We pay fees for no services.
I asked them to remove the thistle , but no response .
