Well I worked for Pearly Gates Cleaning company. It was offered through a temp agency. It seemed they had gone through numerous members of the temporary agency. I'm not sure whether the employees wear that go or whether they quit??. To say this the first day I arrived it was a large building that I was to clean,sweep ,mop and quite a few other jobs in an unfamiliar large office building. No one was there to show me what areas of the building needed to be cleaned, bathrooms numerous and large bathrooms. I was briefed over the phone for 5 mins I'm gathering by a an employer in a management position. As I had some cleaning experience in the past from cleaning Hotels/ Motels in my younger years I always thought with common sense. I would say to myself, if I or my Family would not be safe from germs and bacteria's and deep cleansing of all surfaces were not to my standards, well than they are not to my standards for anyone else using these facilities throughout their workday. Now that being said the Dramatic's and lack of professionalism I felt while working for this company I felt very underappreciated and under minded from the one person I spoke to through the Pearly Gates cleaning service. I had tried numerous attempts in order to get in touch with the lady in charge of that location and in charge of me. After numerous attempts of phone calls and text messages I never received a message back. I do not feel that this is any proper way of handling an employee whether they were happy or unhappy with the way that employee did or went about doing their job!! So that being said would I trust them if I had a large commercial building or trust them doing my residential place not likely..! I was more than trusting and more than patient until I finally said enough I am being disrespected here when no one can return my calls. I could only be sure that that's how it would be run had you made a call for your home to be cleaned or an office or what have you!! I will not say the name of the operations manager or manager in charge of that location I do not feel that is right. But if you are reading this Donna then I'm sure you know who you are!! Now I will give us a rating of 1 to 5... And at 2 when I walked in there before I had cleaned the building is what I would say the stand status and cleanliness of the bathrooms and hallways. I will give it a four to a 4.5 when I was in those Office Buildings in bathrooms working not to sound condescending or cocky but I know the thorough and professional job that I did each and every day for minimum wage. Thank you
