We started producing dry ice because we saw a gap in the market by our closest, larger competitor. Customer service is our highest priority! Our production facility uses state of the art cold jet technology which enables your dry ice to be the best quality available in the marketplace. Not only that but with our production facility being out of city limits we are able to save money on industrial space and property taxes which further provides cost savings to our customers.

While we are local to Edmonton, we service all of western Canada with customers as far as Victoria and Winnipeg. Most of our clients are repeat customers in the energy sector, agriculture, fishing, meat processing, medical supplies, transportation, and eCommerce industries. Again, dry ice has numerous uses and benefits many industries. We typically help larger orders as our production facility and lower costs are attractive to repeat customers. Certain times of the year, such as Halloween, we do offer more direct-to-consumer retail dry ice for fog machines, special effects, and entertainment uses. That said, our facility is out of the city and so we do not have a walk-in retail location in Edmonton. We like to sell dry ice by the truckload and so this is a phone-based business where you can order and have your dry ice delivered directly to you.
