Excellent place The staff are all very helpful, offering information and advice. After having leakage issues with my co2 tank, Joe was more than helpful in trying to resolve my issue. Everything working fine again.

I went to the new location on a Wednesday to fill up a CO2 tank. They said that their new facility wasnt ready to fill up tanks but to simply go to the older location when there is someone there. Fair enough. I called in to the new location on friday to make sure they'd be there. Drove in from Oakville only to be told that I was supposed to pay at the new location first and under no circumstance were they going to accept payment at the filling location. No one mentioned this to me at the new location on either of the two occasions that I spoke to them. I drove in from Oakville to Etobicoke twice empty handed. I'm giving them one star because they have a sign with a door that you can walk through. Otherwise they were completely a waste of my time, twice. I guess my needs were too small for them to care for my business.

I needed to ship a sample to the US. Their customer service was fantastic with providing me all relevant information to get my sample through US customs which they were able to do! The two gentlemen at the front desk were great! Will be coming back for my next sample shipment.---- Rich

Avoid this place for CO2 refills. I have been coming here for about 1.5 years to fill my 5 pound tank. The staff has always been nice and it’s usually a fast and convenient experience. They take the tank into the back warehouse so you don’t see what’s going on. I noticed that my pressure gauge was a little lower than usual but I figured it was not accurate anymore. When I did a refill in October, I made sure to weigh my tank this time. I found that it was short a full 12 ounces (3/4 pound). I called to complain. I had reached the general manager, Neil, who said he’d get to the bottom of it and take care of me on my next fill. Unfortunately, when I needed my next fill, Neil wasn’t working. He told me he had relayed my concerns to the owner, Peter, who was working that day. I was given a discount of one pound, which only covered the previous fill and this one. This fill was also 4.5 ounces short, which Peter had confirmed with his employee. Since I had been here about 10 times, I calculated that I had been shorted about 5 pounds or one full tank. The shorted fills also require me to come more often and pay the “hazardous material fee” ($3.50) every time. It’s not close to me as I moved from Etobicoke to Mississauga, but there isn’t a convenient place to go that’s much closer. I was already not happy with the price (I came from BC where it was $15 plus GST only for a fill with no hazardous material charge) and I was able to watch the fill and see that I received a full 5 pounds (sometimes a little more) every time. I could justify the cost if I weren’t shorted every time. Peter even said, “I have to charge you something.” This is not the right way to deal with customers. Neil was nice and seemed to want to help. But Peter was not so helpful. I cannot support a business owner who cares more about his money than his customers. So, I will be looking for another place to go. Peter, you have lost a customer, any referrals I may have given, and you earned this well-deserved 2-star review. Hopefully you learn the value of customer service so you don’t lose more business. If you don’t want to be shorted on your refills, I suggest you go elsewhere. * UPDATE * Please note that there was no resolution offered in post-review email follow-up. I was just told why their prices are high and why they charge a hazmat fee. I was even told that Peter said my discount was due to the under-filling of the tank that day. That’s not right because I was offered the discount while the tank was being filled and it was supposed to be for previous under-fills. If Martin asks for your email, I wouldn’t bother as they don’t care enough to do anything and just make excuses anyway. I should probably reduce to 1 star due to poor after-review “assistance”, but I’ll leave the 2 because other than the under-filling and bad service from Peter & Martin, the other staff have always been friendly and fills were quick and convenient.

I've started using pressurized CO2 in my aquarium, so I go here to refill my tank. In and out in just a few minutes. Friendly service and they're open on Saturdays, which is very convenient when most other refill gas stores are not.

Is it normal a 10 lb CO2 cylinder to be filled with 8.42 lb CO2 only? I weighed my tank before and after fill and this is what came out. Not exactly happy!
