★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, cheerful service. Unlike their competitor nex door, who refused my business because I was not a professional welder, Praxair did not object to setting up an account for a home tinkerer type of welder like myself. The sales associates were patient and accomodating. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff that works there is excellent (only reason I gave it 2 stars), but their return policies and prices aren't as good as other places.
So I went to buy a welding helmet and when I got to my work, my boss had already bought me one as a gift and it was the same exact model, so I went back to return the helmet and they have a 20% charge for restocking policy. When I told my boss he asked me how much had I payed for it, long story short, he told me he had payed much lower for the one he bought me. So before buying here, go check out prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is about 2km away from where I live but the guy there is so rude, I'll never go back again. All of the other negative reviews are on par with my experiences, being talked down to for asking questions about products or services sucks, being asked questions to set up insults is unnecessary. I've tried this location about 6 times over the last few years and have experienced nothing but the worst customer service. Samester in Newmarket has served me so well it's absolutely worth the drive!
