The photos that they capture are exactly how I imagined them, and the photographer was so good at telling me exactly where and how to move and position my body for the best effect. Highly highly recommend them! Worth every dollar here!

โ โ โ โ โ We hired Dream Day for our wedding day photo/video and for pre-wedding photoshoot. They were very professional and great to work with.
It was awesome dealing with the the whole crew. Thanks to Roy, Winne (our main makeup artist), Manuel (our main photographer) and everyone else who helped to capture our moments.
Prewedding shoot was a long arduous day but it was easy working with Winnie and Man. They took us to UofT and Centre Island for the prewedding shoot. They have the bride and groom outfits for you to choose to wear during the shoot. In total, we had 3 different outfits each.
For wedding day, they had rental wedding gowns and traditional dresses for the bride to rent if needed. My wife rented the chinese red dress for the day. Great to be able to have many options. Although the wedding day was a blur, the Dream Day crew was able to capture amazing moments on video and photo.
After the wedding, they take lots of time creating amazing photobooks and video edits. Our package included 2 photobooks where they let you choose from all the pictures that they took, and then photoshop anything to your liking. They don't print until you are happy with the edits. Great quality work all around.
Pricewise, I think they are in the middle, not the most expensive, but not cheap either. Overall, I'm happy that I went with DreamDay and they were worth the money.

โ โ โ โ โ We hired dreamday photostudio for our prewedding and wedding photography/videography. Although the photos come out to be fine and satisfactory by our means. However, I honestly feel like their customer service needs big improvement. They are not responsive in reply to my messages, or get back to you. There is no customization whatsoever on the editorial part of our wedding videos. They produce works by the style of their own, not by how the customer wants it to be.
The front line staff marketing manager is quite short tempered and rude. During our initial discussion, he persuaded us to purchase their premium package. He also shown us many of the videos/photos his team took, and we were quite amazed by the works they did. However, after we received our finalized video highlight, it is no way comparable to what he had shown us during our initial discussion. This shows the quality of their work is not very consistent or perhaps they just put little effort on our videos, perhaps because we didn't want our videos to be publicized.
We wouldn't have chosen them if it weren't many of my friends who have hired them previously. You can choose a far better professional photographer/videographer with the price we paid to dreamday.

โ โ โ โ โ DreamDay Team are absolutely the best , they communicate very well, give direction and work with your ideas, we had an engagement shoot, wedding photos, video, plus a same day edit video. They did an amazing job with the engagement shoot, also it was an jaw dropping to watch the same day edit video at the reception and have all the guests gush about it after it aired. I canโt wait for the photos and full video of the wedding! They treated us so professionally and warm and we loved working with them. I can HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great wedding photo/video service provider. They went above and beyond our expectations.

โ โ โ โ โ Roy, Mr. Man, Wei and Winnie are probably the best vendors you can work with!! Originally my wedding was for May 2020.. I had to reschedule TWICE because of COVID.. I went from 250 attendees to 10... DreamDay was super accommodating and understanding of the changes of plans. They did not give me an ounce of stress when I was trying to basically re-plan everything. The photos and videos turned out great and I am so happy we ended up choosing them. They were referred to us by 3 other couples who used them for their weddings as well.
Special shoutout to Mr. Man for being such an enthusiastic photographer. I am the worst when it comes to poses and I am not very photogenic. He helped me with posing for the engagement shots in such funny ways that I became more relaxed and enjoyed the entire day with him and Mr. Wei. This was probably the highlight of working with them.
Winnie was my MUA and hairdresser who also works for them. I cannot say enough great things about her! She gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of the looks I wanted to go for. She is also very kind and just so wonderful to work with.
I highly recommend them, and will definitely be coming back for future photo ops and as well as suggesting friends to them! I will never forget how hard working they were and how much of a blast we had. It's been 4 months since our wedding and I miss them already!
