The food quality , variety has been amazing! Considering I’m the worst at sticking to my daily macros One Life has been really helpful with helping me achieve this. This company embodies excellence, the customer service and attention to detail inspires me. The kitchen is So clean and well thought out. No detail was overlooked. You can tell a professional engineer and powerhouse of a team is behind this place. (Highly recommend picking up your meals at least once to take a peek) Andrei has created a solution and that has transformed by body and many young woman in my workplace. I love how this company offers a large delicious meal variety, prompt delivery twice a week, and the coaching and scientific understand necessary to change your mindset to stay in shape long term. Buying a meal plan literally comes with a mini education that you’ll never forget. Meals range from $9-$14+ SO cost efficient compared to sourcing my own groceries constantly or ordering food!
