They were THOUGH stains, a few of the items had them lingering for a while cause they had gone unnoticed until I moved to my new place. When I picked up the stuff I noticed a note and the lady who game them back to me told me that the stains were too hard to get out. I was afraid that would be the case so it was taken in consideration when I first dropped them in. however, I used the sheets I picked up on my bed after that and inspected it and the stains were barely noticeable (the sheets are white), yes I could see that very faded purple that bleed from the comforter, but it wasn't as bad as it was, as I had to REALLY look for it. what I brought in was mostly white and they were all nicely revived and, aside from 1 particulate item, all the stains seems to have been taken care of nicely :) Clearly they have a high standard for themselves and I really appreciate it. I am really satisfied with their job and honestly.
