The owner/tender charged me a fortune for the new lining on a jacked and forgot to line the pockets, when I told him he tried to charger me more insisting it wasn't included in the initial 250 dollar charge and would be an extra 80 dollars. He was condescending and confrontational with me. Haven't been there since.
M	M. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to TLC almost since they opened. The owners (and their little dog who comes out greet you) are lovely - always polite and attentive to any special needs I might have. I'm really happy their in my neighbourhood.

It takes a lot to get me very angry and Jeff or Joseph was able to provide the worst customer service I have ever received on two separate occasions. So much so i'm writing my first ever review. I recommend dealing with another company. They charged me different price than was quoted, took forever to get item back, picked up and dropped off item at 7AM. But most importantly, they were very rude on the phone. I suggest using someone else.

They absolutely ruined my jacket -- shrunk it so that I cannot wear it and somehow this is my fault! Would do nothing to reimburse the cost of a new jacket worn 4 times -- even after my honesty of saying I bought it on sale and would not even offer a refund for the cost of cleaning. If I could give them a negative rating I would. They don't deserve even a one rating.

The couple who run the shop are lovely and very friendly, and they've always done a good job with my clothes. I've used them for drycleaning, alterations and repairs with no issues at all. I highly recommend them!
