★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a warning: do NOT use Dry Cleaners Plus. They are completely unprofessional and ruined a pair of $600 pants and have not offered to reimburse me ANYTHING. I brought my leather pants to Dry Cleaners Plus because they advertise outside of their store and on their business cards that they have a leather cleaning service. After they were 'cleaned', I noticed that there was something wrong with the pants. The fabric did not feel the same and the bond between the leather and spandex (they are made from lamb leather bonded with spandex) had been dissolved. The pants were completely ruined and unwearable. I have spent almost a month trying to get some money back from them but they have refused to reimburse any amount - absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. He has tried to make excuses or place the blame on me - none of his arguments make any sense. To offer nothing (I asked for at least $150 back), is so unprofessional. AGAIN, DO NOT USE DRY CLEANERS PLUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised, after dry cleaning effect is so good. My Goose white down coats particularly easy to dirty, the color becomes yellow. A friend recommended this dry cleaners, the cleaning to my surprise, white as new down jacket. At same time, I got my leather boots cleaned and conditioned, also looks like brand-new. The owner is very kindly and professionally, they have pick-up and delivery service. Very satisfied with the service, and will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my wedding dress from my mom, and I needed it altered last minute and they altered the dress the same day for me!! My mom says the hemming of the dress looks the same if not even better than when she bought it even though it’s a hard fabric to alter! The owner were super nice! I highly recommend here if you need alterations of any kind!!!!!!!!!!
