The service here is prompt and friendly, and it's conveniently located right at Yonge & Bloor. Definitely worth checking them out for your dry cleaning and tailoring needs if you work or live nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this is a family run operation with reasonable prices, great staff, and spot on tailoring. I took one burberry jacket for tailoring (sleeves) and another to fix the inside lining, and the quoted price from Tony was reasonable and he even explained that one jacket didn't need the tailoring. My partner and I come here for the simple to complex and have always been happy. Honestly, we now take our clothes here regularly. They always say that a tailor is hard to find and I'm really glad to have found them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long overdue review - I had my bridesmaid dressed altered here to perfection. Very reasonable price (~$80 and they priced everything with a detailed breakdown) to get close to EVERYTHING about the dress adjusted (it fit like a size 10 and I was a size 0). Great speed and service - they suggested I come in to do a second fitting in case it needed additional adjustments, but it was a great fit and I left very happy after the first try. I would call in advance to make sure their tailor is in for the day, just in case :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unprofessional and couldn’t find my dry-cleaning. The lady working there doesn’t seem to understand much English and has no patience. She made me go look for my dry cleaning in the racks of tons of clothes because I guess she didn’t want to herself and then when I couldn’t find it said to come back tomorrow. Went back the next day and she still couldn’t find it and asked me to return next week. This was a $300 piece that they can’t find btw and I’m commuting almost half an hour there to pick it up without any luck and a lady that just tells me to come back another day. Seriously?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Straightforward and efficient - got my two fall coats dry cleaned here, and the pricing was fair. It took a bit long at about 5 days but I was accurately given the approximate timeframe for that so no surprises. Seems like a nice family owned business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad experience, I brought my real leather pants over and telling the front desk young man that it's real leather can they offer cleaning services.
He told me it's not real leather and he said it can be cleaned there.
And when I look at it when I received it, my pants feels like sand paper, dried and wrinkled.
So it turned out it's real leather and they destroyed it. Which is a rare piece that I found and invest in it.
Probably won't trust this shop anymore. Tho other than destroying my leather pants they did a good job cleaning other clothing

I just brought a new shirt for my wedding in order to shorten the sleeves. First it is too short after the alteration but overall they give it back to me with stains. The shirt was brand new and now I need to buy a new one.
NB: I only put 3 pictures but I have at least 5 or 6 stains. Totally unprofessional
