Just finished my meeting with the notary. He provided great, friendly, and efficient service. The location is great too (steps from one of the main subway stations in the city) and the price was unbeatable. Everything you need, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Do not call, or else the lady on the phone will get very annoyed and tell you to check the website which apparently has all the info and says online only/no phone call EDIT: @Owner Steven - Hi Steven. The call was 1 min 14 secs. She got very annoyed then hung up so there was no way I could've talked to her for 5 plus mins or ask multiple questions. I don't think it's fair for you to make those false claims saying you were close to the phone call. All I asked was what the procedure is. I don't mind your secretary directing me to the website but I don't think I'd ever want to do business with someone with that attitude. I'm fine with you disagreeing with my assessment but I'm very glad I took my business else where, and would recommend others to do so as well.

Great service at an unbeatable price. Booking an appointment is really easy and Steven is super fast in responding to enquiries. Also, it is conveniently located right on top of the subway station. Highly recommended!

On the website it said " for any questions call" which I did. That was a big mistake. The lady who answered was VERY short with me and frankly made me feel quite ridiculous for inquiring about their location. I was quite surprised as I was shopping around for notarization service and I was learning some places are online and some continue to do in person. On the website whether they were doing the latter wasnt quite clear to me so I figured rather than fumbling around on the site I'd quickly call. I apparently shouldn't have done that. I was in total shock by her short response and annoyed attitude towards me from the one question. I could barely mutter anything beyond a low "well that was rude," and simply hung up after that. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend others do the same. I was under the impression that the price was to promote equity among the notarization sector, but it is apparently to make up for the rude service it seems. Horrible point of entry to the agency. So rude I am still in shock. I had to make this review. It is as though they have overlooked that not everyone has access to technology and/or is tech savy. If you only cater to a certain demographic just say that. As a young person (early 20’s) even I was turned around by the info on your site. Can imagine my dad? I am writing this about 10 minutes after the interaction so my memory is quite clear. Saying this to say in hopes of not being gaslighted regarding a misremembrance, as I know organizations love to do when they get poor reviews. Again, I recommend going elsewhere.

To begin, Steven was efficient and professional. What made my experience super great was his understanding and acceptance of what I needed, definitely recommend for anyone who is transitioning! Easy, reliable experience.

Such a good experience using this company! No idea what these other negative reviews are talking about! The secretary was SO kind, answering all of my questions throughly and my main contact was so helpful, thorough and professional. Not to mention the price is unbeatable! RECOMMEND!!!

This is an honest review. The whole process is efficient, straightforward and painless! Just read the instructions ahead of time and bring your documents with you at your appointment time. Being prepared helps everyone. I'd recommend Zoom meeting rather than in person. Thank you Steven. Your service is highly recommended.

I would highly recommend their services! Everything you need to know is sent to you when you book an appointment. It's so fast and easy, and the price is extremely fair. Steven is very professional. I will definitely use them if needed in the future. I was also able to book an appointment on the same day. So convenient when you are in a time crunch.
