S	Saiful Islam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management and neighborhood is very rude and very unfriendly.Hardly request that don’t take rent in this building.It has a rubbish management.
H	Holly Jamieson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not live here. If you are looking to rent, your money would be spent better elsewhere. There is mold, health hazards, the building is not accessible and the tenants are rude. Under no circumstances should you rent here.
C	Cocove Yxang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has a great location. It's close to the subway, good schools, and parks.There's a little strip of grass outside with a tiny gazebo. It also has a great view if you live on the south side. However, the building's elevators constantly break down, leaving only 1 elevator for everyone in the building. The heated pavement for the entrance to the parking garage also seems to be broken, and has been for quite a while now. This is extremely hazardous, especially during the winter as it is a very steep slope downwards into the garage. I also have a lot of issues with the building's management. They are unprofessional, as seen in the printed notice often posted by elevators, which are often full of mistakes and corrections. It appears that they don't proofread before printing. The superintendents also appear to only do the bare minimum. They never take initiative to resolve problems if they come across it. Only once a third of the building has complained do they "make an attempt" to fix the issue. Not to mention, a superintendent was fired in recent years for unknown reasons.
V	Vineet Prasad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is well located and is surrounded by great parks, grocery stores, has a subway close by, and is in a quiet neighborhood just south of Forest Hill. I stayed here for 6 years and did not have any issue with the superintendents. They were polite, understanding and quite helpful. The apartment building is slightly on the older side and does require some recurring maintenance in its water supplies and since it has only 2 elevators, if one of them breaks down, it can be a bit inconvenient. However, overall I did not face any major concerns in contrast to the other two reviewers. Overall, I'd recommend.
