★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a sign on the (very nicely manicured!) front-lawn, imploring that dogs shouldn't make the dirt dirty. Also it's great they think dogs can read! I want to live here.

- No AC, portable AC not installable in living room due to window structure
- Super noisy as it is right off Bathurst
- Everything is breaking every time (window has fallen down, toilet seat has broken)
- “Electricity repair” that shuts power off from 9:30 am to 5 pm. It’s 5:23pm now and the power is still not back on
- Management says that’ll fix things and never follow through (see photo: shared washing machines still absolutely disgusting after asking them to incorporate cleaning procedures for them
)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent here if you can avoid it. Prices are very high for poor quality unit. Power and water were regularly shut off from 9-5 with less than a day's notice, sometimes for multiple days in a row. Temperature of the units get dangerously high. Even in April, non-refrigerated ingredients kept in the kitchen were melting due to the heat in the unit. Greenwin will make you pay charges and costs that are not enforceable under the Residential Tenancies Act by threatening to charge back your bank account if you don't agree.
