To be honest we were a little skeptical of the online offering (as this is our first dog, and we got her during a pandemic) and were unsure if we would get the guidance and direction needed to fully grasp the training material from home. From the start Liz was super responsive to emails and helped reduce our skepticism, noting that it was her job to train us on how to train our dog, and that in the end we would need to put in the work and in turn reap the rewards :) The course itself was super informative... from the theory around Dog Psychology, to the practical applications of the slip lead, place/crating, protecting resources (i could go on!). While we know we still have a ways to go in our training journey, it's incredible to see JUST how far we have come in 5 short weeks. We have learned so much about Roxy, and even more about ourselves in this process and are very excited and determined to continue on. As the great Liz Foley once said... its a lifestyle, not a diet! Thanks again, we are so happy to have found our village with the Dog Haus Community <3

The facility is clean, and inspires good energy. And Liz (owner) and all the staff are very knowledgeable, and so friendly/lovely each day with all the dogs. Staff are excellent about understanding each dog's unique needs, and tailoring their doggy daycare experience with appropriate training to integrate them into the pack. Thank you for making Dog Haus our pup's home away from home each week!

The Dog Haus comes well recommended on KW facebook groups and reddit so I figure I'd try it out. I was totally impressed with this place and Kirsty was professional, patient and kind with my questions and requests. I was super happy to get some tips to make my pups next experience even better (though it was obvious to me he had a good time on his first visit too), PLUS he looked great! Book well in advance as this place is very booked with many, many happy customers.

Kirsty was efficient, gentle, and posted about the groom experience on the page’s social media in real time (with permission). She takes detailed intake forms so she can provide the best spa day for your pup! She also put super cute bandanas on the pups after they were done! I could tell my male husky had a great time because he was not as eager to run away like last time at a different place. We will only be going back here for our next spa days!

We had heard that Doghaus Waterloo was a fantastic place for puppy training and to learn about a calm training philosophy. They have fully exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier that we have begun this relationship with them! They make you and your dog feel like family and they are so great at what they do! Their Puppy Essentials course was so key in providing us with the right mindset and strategies to raise our puppy! We are so grateful for everything the Doghaus has done for us! They are amazing at responding to all of our questions in person or through email, and they helped us understand a healthy diet and amount of exercise specific to our breed! ALL of their staff have been incredibly helpful, professional and inspiring! Thank you again for everything ALL of you do Doghaus Waterloo - we look forward to continuing this educational and exciting relationship we have started!

The socializing, metal stimulation, and a tired pup at the end of the day is invaluable to both us and her. To say that the staff know what they're doing is an understatement. My favourite part of the day is seeing our girl Winnie playing with all her best friends from the Facebook photos. Special mention to Claire because she is always so helpful and knowledgable! They really go above and beyond, I can't imagine our lives without the Doghaus! Liz Foley is amazing and you can see her passion for helping dogs and owners understand each other. She is very knowledgable and strives to help my husband and I have our own harmony at home, walks, and traveling with the right learning tools. It's really fantastic to see how quickly a dog's demeanour can change with the right approach! Thank you so much! Winnie is very lucky to be part of your pack!
