★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had written this before spending the winter with another site supervisor I could've given this place a great review. Everyone I encountered were good people until I ended up at Doug's site. This man is the lowest form of human being. He constantly verbally abuses his employees and belittles them at every chance he gets. The sad part is this company allows this to go on and protects him from consequences for his actions which makes them equally responsible for his disgusting actions. It's funny he tries to tell stories of how tough he is but everyone knows he's a joke. He holds people's employment over their heads as a way to get away with the way he treats people. Scum is a nice way to describe this guy
