โ โ โ โ โ Not knowing what to do when my father passed away at home in his sleep in the middle of the night, confused and lost, I reached out to them for guidance and to make arrangements. It was the best impromptu decision I made, they are very sensitive, courteous, transparent and helpful in every step. They made a very difficult situation more bearable for us. Thank you.

Thanks to very professional service, the process of bringing the ashes to Poland ran very smoothly. All formalities were handled in a manner that deserves praise. I recommend Cremation Care to everyone who wants to go through this difficult time without unnecessary problems and stress.

โ โ โ โ โ Cremation Care handled my mothers passing with compassion, kindness and respect. They answered any question I had even when it was outside of cremation procedure. Graeme was nothing short of incredible and I really appreciate all his help during what is the most difficult time in my life.

โ โ โ โ โ I honestly can't be happier with the CremationCare Centre! They were referred to us by the hospital social worker where my mother was staying through her final days. They walked me through every step and being in another country, this was so important. I had no idea what I was doing, as I'm in Kentucky and my mother was in Toronto. I don't know what I would have done without the caring and compassionate staff. They were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. In our time of grief they were stable and steady for us. They were wonderful and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

โ โ โ โ โ My family & I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business, and the fantastic staff here!! My husband Sean passed away Sept.3, 2020. Another funeral home falsely picked up my husband's body at Toronto General Hospital without a proper contract. Long story....but imagine our angst!!!
At CremationCare Centre I dealt mostly with Blair & Erin over the phone. They were caring, gentle, believable and professional. They guided us through every step. They even returned a credit to me. Since the other home had to return my husband's body to CremationCare, there was no longer a transport fee from Toronto General. That's how honest CremationCare is.
It was during Covid, and everything was done with proper regulations I have since changed my mother's prepaid cremation elsewhere to CremationCare Centre as well. I would highly recommend this funeral home and their prices are very reasonable. (more reasonable now in 2020, then one my mother paid for 10 years ago!!)

โ โ โ โ โ After our family struggled with the death of a loved one I spent agonizing days trying to find an affordable and dignified funeral home but they would quote us lower and then invoice double the initial price or were just exorbitant to begin with. The CremationCare Centre dealt with us super proper. Very attentive and helpful from start to finish, very clear and consistent pricing throughout a beautiful online obituary service that allowed Brad's family and friend to plant over 50 trees in his honour and share our collective grief and praise digitally. The Urn and keepsake were beautiful and this establishment brought much needed peace to my mother and I in a severe time of crisis. HIGHLY highly recommended. Thank you for your professional and affordable service, care and dignity!

Their pricing was very reasonable. Involving their services lifted a huge weight off my shoulders in a somewhat unusual case. I cannot begin to thank them enough for the relief I had involving them to service my needs. I am so impressed I will be making arrangements for myself so that my children and I have peace of mind for the future.

They are very patient and supportive with queries and are responsive as to how many queries you may have and they take the time to explain everything in detail. The cost is very reasonable and they arrange the documentation and cremation. They had empathy for doing everything they could when I was grieving after having lost a beloved daughter which I was really appreciative of. I thank them for going above and beyond to help me get through a very difficult time and I highly recommend CremationCare Centre.
