We received excellent service from our first encounter with Ingrid then with Al and then with the installers. This was a stress- free experience. They kept their word. They are reliable, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. The installers arrive as scheduled and they were respectful of our home protecting the floors and vacuuming up after themselves! The girl working seemed annoyed when we had questions and was incredibly standoffish... it felt like we were an inconvenience to her. We left. We are building a new home and need counters for two kitchens, four bathrooms and a laundry room. We will be spending our money elsewhere.

I had them install new laminate countertops last week and they did a phenomenal job. From the price to the work itself, I am just so pleased with the out come.

From laser measuring for precise specs to short turn around time, the quartz was delicately handled for a 10’ run. We had a situation with the quartz on our backsplash that didn’t come book matched or continuous. We were in good hands with The Counter Depot and Al did his best to make it continuous. Al tirelessly worked with us and our contractor to patiently come up with a suitable solution. He went above and beyond to make things right. Truly grateful we worked with them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!! Everything looks perfect and couldn’t be happier!
J	Judy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the countertop depot put in quartz countertops for the kitchen counter, kitchen island and powder room. Pros: Good communication (they actually answered their phone every time I called) Installers were professional and cleaned up well. Kitchen and powder room counters look excellent. Decent price and good selection of quartz countertops. Cons: Just one - but a big one! For the island countertop, they had to level it with shims and left a huge gap (3/4th inch height, 4 inch deep) between the counter and drywall underneath it. This is very visible from the living room. We asked them to fill it (we were willing to paint the island ourselves) but they said the gap was too large to fill and suggested we add trim ourselves. They also recommended a contractor, when we said we didn't have the tools. This has created more work and expense for us. We waited 2 months to have our countertops installed. And now there's still more work to be done. Given that uneven cabinets/drywall is a pretty common occurrence, I would've expected them to be willing and able to fix it.
