L	Leah 1000 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will admit I am not good at anything design. The showroom was very helpful and they have many options to choose from. The staff who helped us was very knowledgeable. We were able to pick out bathroom flooring and tile without feeling overwhelmed.

Marisa helped us with our design and picked out all our tile that we could never have imagined. We were going to hire a designer, but she basically planned out everything for us. She took her time to get to know our style and situation. We were treated well from every staff member we came in contact with! Thanks again!

I knew what I had in mind at first, but the color of the photos on their website are a little different in color with the samples they have there. They let me take a couple of samples home to see how it'll work with the rest of the project.

I wish the service people were better at scheduling and explaining other options available to fix imperfect grout. Products picked up today are grout cleaner, colour matching solution, and if all else fails I'll go back and get grout paint and paint it all.
E	E P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience today with Jessica helping us with a return. We weren't happy with a print job/dye lot that appeared differently than the sample. Jessica said she'd put up a sample from the new dye lot that was more representative of what would arrive from the special order. She then spent an hour on the phone with the tile manufacturer and later with us, exploring solutions which all ended on a happy note with us substituting for another tile we quite liked (with just a restocking fee charged by the tile manufacturer). She spent a lot of time with us and was very helpful. Very good customer service and problem solving with a tricky situation. Thank you Jessica and Ceramic Decor!!
A	Alex Kader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my brand new house tile and kitchen done by this contractor, (Ceramic decor) the tile start breaking after a month, the grout start falling and cracking after 2 weeks, tiles loose in 3 weeks, not to mention the ensuite shower where the grout was falling more and more after every use, repair technician came and apply silicone all over making it even worse, gaps in the shower niche, anyways customer service is horrible service coordinator never answered the phone and the emails where answered 4 days later. They couldn't find the matching lot color to replace the broken tiles took me 6 months email after email and many un answered calls. after setting up the appointment nobody was informed about it an have no idea why I was there, after 6 months fighting to get my house repairs done, having purchase a brand new house and going thru this horrible service. I would not recommend the place.

I’ve done 4 rooms from them and each time the staff treat me like I’m a nuisance. I guess you have to be a home builder for them to care. Also can’t buy small amounts and when I asked today the staff wouldn’t even consider helping Thank you to the owner for your kind reply. The staff person yesterday (didn’t get her name, dark hair) quickly dismissed me and told me to go to the re-store- not a likely place for the Spanish or Mexican style tiles I needed- and drove to Kitchener to buy. Wouldn’t it be nice if customers felt valued, as you suggest
