G	Gagneet Minhas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales rep has no customer service. We were there existing clients. Ordered tiles, vinyl and other renovation stuff over 3K. We later order vinyl stairs, paid in full in an agreement of picking it up by our contractor next morning. They completely denied the fact that pick up was in the morning. He tried to shift blame by telling contractor that the order was suppose to be picked in the evening then when my husband called he blamed on me that i miscommunicated and when i called he was getting mad at me for the whole mess. Luckily i had a written proof of our conversation .He made our contractor wait for 2 plus hours and we still did not get the product on the same day. When i asked the salesman that i want to talk to the manager / owner . He replies saying i am the manager and i cannot give the owners number . So i dont get my stuff, my contractor charged me for the whole day of labour and i cannot even talk to the owner to give feedback. It feels like this is strategy to lie that things are in stock and than get payments and than waste our valuable time. Be aware before you get products from them , Dont pay them till you get your stuff.
