★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly neighbors, a Strata Council that cares about the value and maintenance of the building, right across from an RCMP Detachment, public park, elementary school, Superstore, and two block away from Guildford Town Centre. Downside is that it's a busy street below, many ambulances and fire trucks responding to incidents use that route and of course the police station in front.
Some other positive things about this building includes many visitor parking, underground parking for residents, a party room, common-use sauna with jacuzzi and gym!
