β β β β β New ownership in 2015 by Capriet meant it was a bit cleaner, a bit more tidy but rents went up and up.
One of the worse changes was the laundry went to a new card pay system. It billed us about $1.50 for each time we reloaded the card, before hand it didn't. Just another money grab.
