Staff was super friendly at this location. The other location on Bloor West was…Less than enthusiastic.

N	Nicole smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in ordered like normal was told to wait 10 to 12 minutes for 2 burgers no problem waited around 20 minutes and durning that 20 minutes a random lady looks like the cook in the back consistently tries giving me people’s orders calling several names assuming their mine after her trying to give me 3 separate orders finally mine was done only to be over cooked and not taste well I wouldn’t recommend this location burger priest is great go to the one on Spadina and queen it’s much better

Both employees were welcoming and kind. I definitely will be coming back to this location … even if it is just for one of their shakes - get the vanilla chocolate!

You can taste the freshness of veges, the pickle is good, the beef seasoning is well managed, not too salty not too light, the cheese bomb in the middle is a great surprise. I wish the beef to be more juicy as overall it feels slightly dry to me (asked to include all saucing), and I wish the taste of mushroom could stand out a little bit (can only taste the cheese even biting on the mushroom). Overall, it is a good burger to try ?? The deduction is for the fries, big in portion but too thin and short, not my tea.
