★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great guest house in the heart of the best park in the the Canadian Rockies. Stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't be happier. Rejean the owner is very accommodating and a very friendly and informative host. He was a great help in giving us some recommendations o. Where to hike. The kitchen is great and has everything you could want and the use of the grill and outside are was great. Interior is also beautifully done and the attention to small details is easy to notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suite was comfortable, quiet, well-located, clean, and generally ideal for a few days hiking in Yoho. Rejean is an excellent host who clearly cares about ensuring that his guests are comfortable. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering, and there is a small but well-curated library of books on local history, hiking, and outdoor pursuits. I would recommend this suite to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I did not get to stay due to the increase in COVID positives and being a high risk individual it forced me to make the hard decision to cancel my stay.
But what I did get to experience was a fully understanding owner. At no time did they pressure me to make up my mind and were as accommodating as could be.
I feel that I can trust them to take care of me whenever I finally get to travel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the start of our reservation, but the place was not yet ready for us due to a mix-up in scheduling on behalf of the owner. After reaching out to the owner via email and through the good staff at the Truffle Pigs restaurant in Field (delicious BTW), the owners quickly sprung into action to get the place ready and make amends.
Rather than a "so-what" shrug from a big business, this family-owned operation went above and beyond to make things right and offer their sincerest apologies. How someone reacts to making a mistake is a mark of their true character, and I can say there are some very good folks in this little town in Yoho National Park.
The balance of the stay was pleasant. The apartment was comfortable, and the kitchenette was a huge help with managing meals during our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a family own business. The private suite is extremely comfy and spacious for 2. Well equipped and maintained, the owner put a lot of effort to maintain the place. The hostess and her family are very friendly. They gave us all the advices for the area.
The best place to stay to visit Yoho and Lake Louise. Highly recommended The Bugling Guesthouse. The only extra effort is to shop for enough groceries before heading to Field.
