He was honest, friendly and helpful. After a terrible experience at Visions with pressure sales tactics and sales people who were not listening to what we came in for, dealing with Gurmeet was fantastic. He did not pressure us or try to up sell us on anything. We will be returning to deal with Gurmeet for future needs. Thank you Gurmeet.

I received the bottom portion but when I called today, the top piece, the hutch won’t be in until maybe end of April or May. Really?? Then I saw that the entertainment center was now on sale. So I called the store and let them know the item I purchased was now on sale. Well……the sale ended Apr 4th and they absolutely refused to honor that price. One day late and they won’t do it. Wow. Customer service is not a priority Won’t be buying there again.

I was particularly impressed with the after-sale customer service provided by Hannah. We reached a roadblock with a bed frame assembly, and after several minutes of trying to figure things out on our own, I decided to call the store. After describing the issue to Hannah and sending over a photo to drive our issue across, I was amazed at how quickly she was able to decipher what we did wrong and walk us through resolving the problem. Thanks to the critical support she provided, we were able to complete the assembly as planned.
