Les 2 livreurs étais très courtois et sourient et j'adore le "tracking" pour vérifier en temps réel à quel endroit précis du parcours du camion de livraison

Livraison: payé 60$ et les livreurs n'ont pas monté mes 2 bases de lits et matelas à l'étage. Tenter de les rejoindre: attendre 15 min sur la ligne. On décide de se rendre là-bas On nous dit qu'on va avoir un dédommagement . Revient à la maison: on ouvre les boites pour découvrir qu'il manque les accessoires du 2ieme lits. J'essaye de rejoindre quelqu'un par téléphone, personne ne répond.On décide de se rendre sur place, encore. La personne nous dit qu'elle envoie un courriel et vérifie ce qu'il se passe et nous devrions avoir des nouvelles en fds. On revient à la maison pour finir d'installer au moins 1 lit...pour se rendre compte que ce n'est pas le bon modèle que nous avons reçu!!! une vrai joke..
Delivery: paid $60 and the delivery guys didn't bring my 2 bed frames and mattresses upstairs. Try to join them: wait 15 min on the line. We decide to go there. We are told that we are going to have compensation. Comes home: we open the boxes to discover that the accessories of the 2nd bed are missing. I try to reach someone by phone, no one answers. We decide to go there, again. The person tells us that they send an email and check what is happening and we should have news in fds. We come home to finish installing at least 1 bed... only to realize that it's not the right model we received!!! a real joke..

Quelle organisation pitoyable, ne faites pas affaire avec cette bande dé incompétents. On achète un four GE en avril 2021. Livraison initialement prévue en décembre 2021, puis mars 2022 puis juin 2022. Comme on est dans un projet de rénovation, on ne peut vivre avec la livraison du mois de juin 2022. On retourne en succursale pour changer de four avec la mention explicite qu’on a besoin d’un four avec disponibilité immédiate. Four Frigidaire acheté le 27 avril pour livraison dimanche 1er mai. Le 1er mai, le camion de livraison arrive, pas de four à bord. Le lendemain, nouvel appel au service à la clientèle (le marchand ne livre pas mais c’est le client qui doit relancer). Un four est disponible à Victoriaville et sera livré le 11 mai. Aujourd’hui, on reçoit un texto qu’on est là 19e livraison du jour. Puis, l’application indique qu’on doit appeler Meubles RD car il y a un problème avec la livraison. J’apprends que le four n’est pas à bord du camion. Nouvel appel au service à la clientèle qui ne sait pas trop ce qui se passe. Bref, on paye un produit et le marchand ne livre pas ce qu’il s’est engagé à vendre. Organisation de broche à foin. Pire expérience d’achat de meubles dans ma vie. Ne faites pas affaire avec cette chaîne de magasins. Vraiment mauvais
What a pitiful organization, don't do business with this bunch of incompetents. We buy a GE oven in April 2021. Delivery initially scheduled for December 2021, then March 2022 then June 2022. As we are in a renovation project, we cannot live with the delivery of June 2022. We go back to the branch to change ovens with the explicit mention that we need an oven with immediate availability. Frigidaire oven purchased on April 27 for delivery on Sunday May 1. On May 1, the delivery truck arrives, no oven on board. The next day, another call to customer service (the merchant does not deliver but it is the customer who must follow up). An oven is available in Victoriaville and will be delivered on May 11. Today, we receive a text message that we are here 19th delivery of the day. Then, the application indicates that we must call RD Furniture because there is a problem with the delivery. I learn that the oven is not on board the truck. New call to customer service who are not sure what is going on. In short, we pay for a product and the merchant does not deliver what he has agreed to sell. Hay wire organization. Worst furniture buying experience in my life. Do not do business with this chain store. Really bad

Je n’ai pas l’habitude de donner mon avis, mais je me devais de le faire pour cette fois. C’est un des meilleurs services de magasin de meubles que j’ai eu. Vendeurs / vendeuses honnêtes et à l’écoute du client. Un merci particulier à François et Valérie qui ont été très serviable et d'une grande aide dans mon processus d’achat. J’y retournerai faire mes achats c’est certain.
I'm not used to giving my opinion, but I had to do it this time. This is one of the best furniture store services I have had. Sellers honest and listening to the customer. A special thank you to François and Valérie who were very helpful and a great help in my purchase process. I will definitely be going back there to shop.

Bon service mais policy pas bonne Good service but bad policy if you buy from the floor ther in no return be careful you can not exchange. Make sure you ask before you purchase and write it down on you perchase contract.

You get what you pay for. We bought a full house funishures and appliances. The sales team were helpful and welcoming. However they recommended us with who they said was their best and most efficient to install the furnishures ( and the only one they have). He told us to pick him up at 10am (in addition to paying him way more than fairly, we had to drive him back and forth). We called at 10 he said to come at 11 as he was walking his dog! What an unprofessionalism! It took him 6 hours to install a clic-clac, a lounger and half a bed, without mentionning how he screwed the paint on the bed head, and my husband had to strengthen all the screws after him. Plus the bed frame was supposed to be couleur chocolat as per our order and the invoice, and the surprise was when opening it today it was black, and the bed head is way shorter than it is stated on the dimensions. For the time and money we wasted we could have brought a professional to come early in the morning and finish the job by the end of the day so we could move in. Terrible first and last experience. Very disappointed.
