Very best way to buy a hot tub!! Highly recommended! My 15 year old hot tub crapped out in February (bad timing!) so started looking for a new hot tub. Crazy busy time for hot tubs with Covid so needless to say my initial reaction was expensive and delivery delays. I then saw Phil at Hot Water LeisureScapes and he was fantastic. I purchased an very nice Artesian hot tub for noticeably cheaper than any other dealer and they had it delivered 3 weeks earlier than expected and more than 1 and 1/2 months earlier than any other companies. Delivery guys were awesome and even connected the wiring! Extremely happy with my experience! Do yourself a favour and call them first.

I wish there were more stars!!! 100 out of 5 What an incredible experience we have had purchasing our first hot tub. I don’t believe we could have found a better company. The customer service and patience with us has been truly outstanding. From the time we walked into the showroom, we felt it was meant to be. So thank you so much. Every single staff member has been courteous and knowledgeable. Delivery on a Saturday and a trouble shoot on a Sunday after 4pm. That is unheard of these days.

Great customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff... These people help resolve any issues that may arise which is a big relief! I have no regrets buying my tub.. even 6 months later I use my tub almost daily! I sometimes sit in my tub for over an hour... By far the best brand was coast when I did my research.. Jets were powerful i love my tub I researched and tried a few soaks before purchasing and coast was by far the best quality with tons of options lites/colors etc! One of the best items I have ever purchased!

Nice experience here. Came here with family to get a filter cleaned for the tub we use outside our home. Staff were really nice about our visit, and when we chose to look around a bit more. Been a customer here for a number of years since this place has opened. Great experience every time.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They helped us purchase a tub that met all of our requirements and have gone above and beyond to help us set everything up. As we are out of town, they are so helpful via email/phone and we really appreciate it. We also love how easy it is to get replacement supplies with them, even getting other options if the brands we’re familiar with are unavailable. Sarah & Ryan and team are just awesome!

We just recently bought this tub from Hot Water Pools and Spas and we just love it. It is so relaxing to sit in here and soak the sore muscles away. The selection of colours we can turn the lights on to is more than enough, blue is our favorite by the way. This picture doesn't do the color of the blue justice at all but at night the glow gives a feeling of calm, almost like your at a spa on holidays, but at home. There are plenty of jets and all points of ache and pain can be reached and massaged. One of the favorite seats is the lounger where you can get rid of the tired dull ache of a full days work massaged right out, while at the same time relieving the shoulder and back pain. The ease of lifting the lid is just another bonus. We would recommend this tub and we are as happy with it as the sales staff said we would be. Set up was really easy too, it was just plug in and let it do its thing. Poured in some sweet smelling peach we bought from their large selection of spa supplies and climbed in. The only issue we have is that we don't want to get out.

In 2014, we attended a Home & Garden Show in Calgary and we came across the Hot Water Pools & Spas display. We had always wanted a spa, so we stopped in and spoke with the lady there (Sarah, the owner of the Airdrie location). Sarah spoke to us like we were normal people, asked insightful questions about our family and what we wanted in a spa. She had us laughing non-stop and we couldn't believe how comfortable she made us feel. Two years later in 2016, we moved to Airdrie from Edmonton and when our house was finished, we started to shop around for a spa again and found Hot Water Pools and Spas online and decided to go check it out. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Sarah again! She came up to us and asked us how our children were doing and remembered our conversation like it happened the day before. We were amazed at how much Sarah remembered about us! Sarah showed us around the store, gave us her honest opinion about what spa would give us the best bang for our buck and we proceeded to purchase a Coast Spas Swim Spa that was on sale for an awesome price. Sarah guided us through the entire purchase, including financing options and delivery. When the tub arrived, Ryan (Sarah's husband and co-owner) was on site at our house and guided everything with ease while they craned the spa over my home and directly into place! Since we purchased the spa, we have had nothing but the most amazing service from the entire Hot Water Pools and Spas team in Airdrie. It feels like Sarah is part of our family and we feel so lucky to have such phenomenal service at our fingertips. Thank you to Sarah, Ryan and the entire team at Hot Water Pools and Spas in Airdrie. Purchased our hot tub from Hot Water LeisureScapes in September. The staff took the time to make sure we understood all of our options and helped us pick out the perfect hot tub. Deliver was fast and friendly with a helpful installation team completing the setup. The ongoing service has been phenomenal. Everytime we visit to have the water checked or pick up supplies we are greeted with a friendly smile. Can't say enough great things about Hot Water LeisureScapes! Highly recommend!
