★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful salesman who didn't crowd me and he always checked every 10 minutes to make sure I was still doing ok. I finally found the right chair and he was finishing the sale he explained cost of warranty and the benefit. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and knowledgable staff. Also the staff at the warehouse were very helpful and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Coming from out of town to purchase furniture we were so happy to find exactly what we needed and it was in stock and we were able to take it home the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 3 different items in October. We were told 2 of the items will be shipped in January. Because this was later than I had anticipated, I asked them if the items will be for sure delivered to me by January and the salesperson said yes, they will be delivered before end of January. Well, February rolls around and I don't even get a phone call or email about the 2 items that are still to be delivered. I had to call and spoke to the same salesperson who tells me that one item is already there and that I should've gotten a call. Barely an apology then proceeds to tell me that the other item won't be delivered until March. I asked for some sort of compensation for this since the expectation was January (plus I never got any communication on the matter) but I was told that I "already got a good discount" when I purchased the product and that I was getting "3 deliveries for the price of 1"... Since when did I ask for 3 deliveries? Let me clarify that I'm not getting 3 separate deliveries because I want 3 separate deliveries. They made it sound like this was some sort of deal that they were giving me. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service on their part. I would understand delays in shipping if communicated properly, but the lack of communication, gaslighting the customer and telling customers things just to get the sale is absolutely unacceptable.

We know that LazyBoy’s quality is so good and the $1000 off sold us! The sales lady went above and beyond when showing us the models available.

We love that no pressure feel and if a store engages in that behaviour we tend to leave unhappy. We had narrowed our search down to a couple pieces, when we started to price out our options and flagged Terry over, he priced all our choices we asked and again left us alone to discuss. When we were ready to purchase he was there took us through all steps to top off a great experience. We will be back to this store and will recommend. Thank you, Terry

Everything was very customized in our recent order and we relied heavily on Ruth's knowledge and expertise while selecting our furniture.
Ruth is an absolute professional and I would recommend her to anyone who might be looking at upgrading or replacing furniture with beautiful pieces that will last.

She is sweet, nice, positive, and help me with my purchase of a sectional sofa. I had my toddler with me and he was getting cranky and she did what she could do to speed things up. I had some changes I requested later and she did them for me. Thanks for the flexibility.
