V	V Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pump was not working and I asked the lady working what I should do. She seemed extremely confused and unable to respond? I tried another pump and had the same issue. Fortunately there is a Petro Canada down the street.
P	Paul Flynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High prices, washroom is always disgusting and there is always high pressure add on sales tactics being used. I've had enough. All I wanted was a bottle of overpriced water today when I went in there and I was in a hurry. I had the cash in my hand to pay the attendant. "Wouldn't you like one of our sancwiches with your water?" she said as I tried to hand her cash. "No, I don't want a sandwich. I just want to pay." I said, "I'm in a hurry". Then like a well trained robot, she asked if I have airmiles. "No, I have cash...I just want to pay."I get shoved a machine while I'm obviously handing cash to her....holy! So, I just gave the cash and asked for my change. I was frustrated at this point and I repeated "I'm paying cash....please just give me my change. I know I shoud have taken my cash and left the water. Her "manager?" got involved and told me it's a "service" to offer a sandwich and to keep asking me if I had airmiles....what? That should have been a lot simpler than it was. There is no concept of customer service there. They do get trained very well in sales though. After being yelled at as I left, I won't ever come back.
G	Giovanni Velazquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The information says is open 24 hours and even the sign says open but nobody is attending if you’re planning to get there from 1 am to 3 am If you need anything from the store like a drink or food you won’t find no one attending inside

We asked the girl to come over and help us, she came over looked at it and walked away, didn't help or say sorry or anything. We kept trying to figure it out and she kept looking over while playing on her phone at the register. Super not how we wanted the first break in 8 hours to go. Zero help or friendliness.
T	T G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filled up here on my way to Saskatchewan. I just paid at the pump. The garbage cans seemed like they were cleaned on a regular basis. The printer was working.

When I asked her to bring the tea box closer for me to see, she showed a grumble face and said something in her mouth in a disrespectful way thinking I didn't see. In fact, she knows nothing about customer service

J	Jani Domawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean washrooms, friendly staff and the gas pumps have wide areas to backup and move on. Superclose to Tim Hortons and McDonald as well; making it a good stop after leaving Calgary City limits.
