Save your money and yourself a huge headache by avoiding purchasing anything at The Brick. We refurnished our entire home back in 2019 and lesson learned as we've had nothing but problems. Furniture falling apart, furniture being delivered broken and then having to wait for replacements/warranty repairs etc etc... I am STILL waiting for the company to come back to properly fix my dining room set but with the pandemic I was being understanding however this warranty repair was put through back in early 2020. Most recently one of our mattresses lost a spring or support inside causing you to sink far down when you're on it. They sent their third party out to check it and deemed it ineligible for warranty because it wasn't visible to the naked eye. I told them numerous times that this was an issue inside the mattress prior to anyone coming into my home however they still sent someone out who they knew wasn't going to do a thorough inspection. I will never shop here again and I will advise all family and friends to avoid this place in general. The sales representative I dealt with was incredibly nice but unfortunately when this company sells what I consider to be cheaply made products for top dollar I can't give a positive review. I have held off posting this review but this last situation was the last straw for me as this is something we have to use regularly and the rest of the furniture is "patched" back together.

Bruce was a pleasure to deal with, he greeted us and made us feel welcomed. After we looked around for about a half an hour we made sure to find him again to help us. His knowledge helped me make the purchase of a new bed I will love for years for come!

I am giving this review a 3 because my shop there was confusing. When we arrived in the store not one person greeted us (that’s fine but it was bizarre because 2 or 3 workers were right there) when I turned I made eye contact with a man that worked there who approached me and said he was just finished cleaning and he will grab the tablet and come help us out. While we were waiting a man named Brad approached us and was incredibly pushy. We had no intentions of buying anything that day and we were just looking to see what was available since we will soon need appliances and furniture. I told Brad we did not need his help and he left. The other man returned and introduced himself as Zack and off we went. I explained to Zack we didn’t plan to buy anything and we were just looking. He was so kind, not pushy at all and showed us a lot of the things we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and when he wasn’t sure about something he brought it up on the tablet he had. As we were leaving I noticed that Brad did not seem impressed that we had engaged with Zack and not him. I understand that they work on commission but I also don’t want to be pressured or hounded to buy something especially if it’s not exactly what I’m looking for. I wanted to make sure I reviewed this experience because I know some people are looking for the up front type of service and some people are looking for a more laid back experience. I somehow managed to experience both. I got the sense that had I told Brad we didn’t intend to buy anything he would have dismissed us and Zack was more gentle and quiet about his approach.

Sarah was an amazing help with choosing my furniture for my sitting room. No pressure to buy right away and very patient with my many changes and calls. Jayme and Jenn were great with any issues I had after delivery (some minor issues with the items from the manufacturer). They were efficient and understanding of my concerns. The delivery drivers were also very efficient and friendly. Overall a great experience and I will be back to see Sarah for all of my furniture or appliance needs!

We were casually making the rounds of furniture stores to view our options to replace a sofa when at the Brick, we met up with Ivy. She was very personable and knowledgeable on the products that caught our eye and that we were interested in. She also had an absolute no pressure sales approach which we greatly appreciated. From time of purchase to delivery was 14 days which, considering the sofa came from out of province, was quite remarkable in our current challenging times. Damon and Brandon were our two delivery fellas and they took great care in moving the sofa into the house, unpacking and setting up. They are a true credit to the company. This purchase was an all round great experience and would do again.

My husband and I went into the brick about a week ago to browse and get an idea of what we wanted for our living room, we instantly fell in love with a sectional, Janice was super helpful and advised us that this would be on sale at the VIP event and gave us an invite. We came back this evening and it was on sale for $1000.00 off. Jennifer helped us finalize the sale and equipped us with all the warranty information and how to care for our furniture the best way. She arranged delivery that suited us best and was overall super helpful. Janice and Jennifer made everything so easy and made us feel confident in the sales staff as their expertise truly shined today.

We bought a Cafe range in August of 2021 from Jennifer. We were pretty committed to buying this piece for our kitchen, so there wasn't really much selling that needed to be done. With that in mind, Jennifer advised us that it would be going on sale for a better price in week, and if we could hold off, we should for the one day VIP sale. Even though she wasn't in that day, she made sure our order went through and we got the range for a good price. While our range was delayed for almost half a year, the Brick did provide us with free delivery and pickup of a loaner range while we waited for our Cafe. Well done, Jennifer! We will definitely be seeking you out next time we have a need.
