So thankful for Tricia zyderveld for telling us what is the best for our need and she offer us a good deal for all we need and she also convinced us that to get the tv was worth it because the price was great and Only the brick can offer. She explain everything up to the warranty. She is really awesome and friendly. I can’t wait to purchase another ???. You are so bless to have her. And thank you the brick for all the good deals.

I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and when I did choose a sofa set she was very fast at processing everything as my little one was getting upset. I would recommend this Brick store as it was a very welcoming environment!

Arranged someone to be at the house for first delivery which they didn't have or call me about so when I called I had to take floor model or wait more months. Not happy. Then I am supposed to get a call to arrange delivery for appliance number two at the end of January. Called today and it's been pushed to April! So it takes more than half a year to maybe get my stuff? Maybe wouldn't be so bad if the sales rep Tricia had called about any of them but nothing. The English gentleman on the phone today was amazing and should have had him be our sales rep. Go elsewhere. For good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Dane for helping me purchase a dryer. The store manager was very helpful, polite and relaxed. I knew what dryer I wanted and was on a tight time frame so coming into the store I appreciated how Dane listened and made my transaction smooth. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive model or add any thing extra. I also was very happy that they had the dryer that I wanted available for delivery in less than a week. With two young children a dryer is essential. I have bought other items at the brick and have not been disappointed yet. I look forward to seeing what washers the brick sells next.
