The sales representative, Chuck, was extremely knowledgeable and quickly helped us find the perfect set of beds for our new apartment. Pickup was ready within a few days, and we had full communication every step of the way. Highly recommended!

I talk to the other employee about the bed that we were interested in, and he basically told me to come tomorrow on Monday instead of helping me out today? There's a reason why I came on a Sunday and not on Monday...

The store is well lit and has a few materials in stock, which made it more appealing instead of having to wait for a week before delivery. I think it will be better to receive a complete breakdown of the prices before completing the deal. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We bought a new fridge at 1:30 pm and it was delivered and installed by 3pm.. great customer service all around… absolutely fantastic!! Thank you

They had no problem removing the old dryer from the stackable set but left the new dryer on the floor and refused to put it on top of the stack so we could actually connect and use the dryer. We paid an $80 delivery fee (for drop where client wants) and my original order confirmation clearly states with notes from the brick sales associate that the dryer was to be placed up on top of the stack upon delivery. Pretty basic stuff, client pays for a service - follow through on what was agreed at the point of purchase. This will be the last thing I buy here.
A	Amanda Kamel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from this store. We went in to purchase a dishwasher. We were told it would arrive in 2 weeks. When I called on the date they told me it would come into the store for pick up, they told me there was a delay and it would come next week, my husband called back and then another associate told him the dishwasher would come in a couple of months because of the delay in manufacturing. While I understand that there are many delays due to our circumstances around the world I would have appreciated an upfront answer from the sales man, instead of him asking me if I’m paying debit or credit every 2 minutes. I have never felt so brushed off. He told me I would receive an emailed receipt after we paid and it took me 3 days of calling to get this receipt because he did not write down my email address correctly. To top it off we were suppose to receive a call from the manager regarding this issue and we never received a telephone call. We would have appreciated transparency and honesty- we came to the brick for our dishwasher because we believed it was a reputable store.
