P	Predrag Sunjka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience even though I went only a few months because I left Cornwall. Good atmosphere, equipment, people. The only problem might be that there are only three showers in men's room and if there is a lot of people you might end up waiting or taking a shower at your place. I was going for the lunch time, and never had to wait but at least one shower stall was occupied.

J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was explained the 1 year contract I was told I may cancel early for the cost equivalent of 2 months. Now that my living situation changed and it would involve a commute to get to the gym, I attempted to cancel my membership. I am now told I had to pay the 2 months up front when signing up and now do not have the option of cancelling. The manager even laughed at me and told me “I guess you’ll just have to start coming in more.” I would not have signed up for 1 year had I known there was no way of cancelling. To make matters worse I was charged during the month when the pandemic made it impossible to go to the gym. As far as the gym goes, the facility is decent but there are so many young teenagers at the gym that it makes it difficult to use the machines at times. The machines are old but there is a good selection. The deadlift area shares the same space as the classes therefore you cannot use it when a class is going on. Overall I wish I had just signed up for a regular gym in Cornwall and I was mistaken thinking the most expensive gym in the town would be worth it.

I never agreed for them to have my banking info and personal information, I called them to get things figured out and the desk person told me the manager was gone until tomorrow and he would call me then.. A few days later still with no call I decide to call, he tells me his cancelling manager is on vacation and he will get back to me in a few days… 4 WEEKS LATER, still haven’t heard from him. EVERY TIME I TRY TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ALWAYS NEED TO GET THE CANCELLING manager to call me back and I never hear back from them. WILL REPORT TO CANADIAN ANTI FRAUD CENTRE SO NO ONE HAS TO DEAL WITH THESE UNETHICAL MONEY PEOPLE
C	Coast Coast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of equipment for the avid gym go-er. However the gym is rarely kept clean with equipment all over the place and the locker room is an absolute mess. Since acquiring the members from physical limits the same dirt/mess has remained in the locker room when you would expect management to adjust to the influx in members (not to mention the increase in revue from physical's members). From the floors to the lockers to the showers, everything is disgusting. This is a major downgrade from any gym in the city with the exception of having plenty of equipment for those who are experienced, and a 24hr pass. It's a shame and I wish the owners would take pride in their facility rather then just see it as a cash cow.
S	Sky Xtrap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The equipment is kept clean and the people there are friendly including the staff. They provide you with your own locker and there's tanning and multiple other things do to! If your serious about working out and have the time then this is the place!
