★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They flat out ordered me the wrong belt and then they wouldn't let me return it:
I inquired about a belt for a treadmill. I gave them the Brand, Make, Model numbers, and even a picture of the belt that showed all said information. Without them clarifying any information from me, they said they could order me a belt.
The belt they ordered did not fit and did not match any of the very detailed information I had given them. I was refused a refund and a follow up to reconsider on a refund was ignored.
In short, they sell belts, but didn't bother to order a small treadmill belt and they would not even attempt to remedy the mistake. This negative review is the result of not refunding a $27 dollar belt that THEY incorrectly sized and could probably re-sell.
