He gave us a lot of options to choose from (colours, sizes, materials) and then blamed our group for making the order too complex, instead of guiding us towards a realistic resolution. Had we known it would be this complicated, we would have happily changed course to suit his operation better. No apology from Dean, he was rude to our group.
