I agree with J C below that the parking lot is not good and needs to be improved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff members was making fun of a customer as soon as they left the store with a purchase in front of other customers in line. Behavior like this from a grown adult is distasteful and certainly not something customers should be subjected to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, helpful staff man this self-serve location. Shelves are well stocked, although selection is a bit more limited than in some other locations. Ample parking, although for some reason, all handicapped spots are over 150 feet away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the people working there are friendly. I live close by and it's my go to for the last 15 years or so. I've had good experiences with 99% of the staff there including an older tall gentleman with glasses and a mustache whom I'm assuming is a manager. Great customer service from the young ladies and men who work there as well. Pls replace the interac machine near the door so I can use tap consistently! I've had two consecutive experiences last year during the lockdown where I didn't feel welcome. I don't want to mention who it is but it was clear he didn't want me there, he was friendly to many other ppl but in my case he almost barked orders about which line to stand in. This is all while we ALL (inclusive of customers) were adjusting to the new normal. I get you may be stressed out, but get with the program. I'm a customer, treat me with respect. Plus, going to the local beer store is one of my favorite 'errands'. Believe it or not it's the place where I feel calm and relaxed after a day at work knowing I can pick up a few cold ones to enjoy at home. For the rest of the staff, thank you for being so helpful.
