r	r s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying at this resort and it wont be the last. All staff that we interacted with were efficient and kind. Front desk (specifically Rob) always greeted our family with a smile. Suites are clean and the resort is conveniently located to the boardwalk with easy access to beach.

Green black slime all over vinyl decking. Patio Furniture filthy from winter as well. Not usable in this condition. For $303.00 a night in first week of May not acceptable standard for supposedly high class resort.

Even the cleaning staff I bumped into were all cheerful and seemed happy to be there. Location was great as it was on the beach. Also walking distance to restaurants. The pool can get crowded on weekends especially if its raining as there was no capacity limit. Overall, it was a good place to stay and will definitely be coming back!
J	Jeremy Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect. Next to the highway but not noisy. Walking to the beautiful beach in minutes. The staffs are very friendly. There are 3 domes for dinning with a sea view. The great thing is we got a terrific deal from BC Ferries for the 3 nights stay.

Stayed in the east wing and woke to the view of the ocean and a peek through the fog to the mainland. Room service was prompt and friendly, and the food delicious. Waffles with strawberry ? and whipped cream, and bacon ? n eggs ? for breakfast. Lunch was the chicken ? Thai salad ?. Fantastic boardwalk out front along the shore to an awesome playground for kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Everyone from the banquet/ events staff to the front desk. Hotel is clean and beautifully kept, and in a great location. Our wedding guests all stayed at the hotel and had a lovely time. Billie, Drew, and the rest of the banquets team were a delight to deal with. The restaurant staff worked hard and kept every guest who came in to the restaurant happy and fed in a timely manner. I whole heartedly recommend hosting your event at The Beach Club.
K	Klaudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location is great, right on a beach. DoesnÂ¿t really matter when you are there in a winter thou. Pool was warm and clean. Staff was very friendly. Negative: The restaurant is very small so you should pre-book your table. You have to ask for the robes at the front desk. They have outdoor globe dining but it cost $100 just for booking. I wish they would rather make it a minimum order kind of deal. Tiny room.

We absolutely loved the ability to walk out our main floor room along our path to the boardwalk and beach. The room was exactly as advertised. We took advantage of the fully outfitted kitchen shopping at a local grocery store before we arrived. The deep tub was luxurious I suggest bringing a bath bomb for a relaxing experience. The staff where amazing from beginning to end.
