Unit was nicely updated (older furniture) but there were bugs in the unit (fruit flies), bathroom fan didn't work, wasn't able to open bathroom window and no heat (flipped the breaker and it smelled like something was burning - not the normal odor based on lack of use). I was woken up around 4am each morning with the sound of running water (sprinklers). Pool was closed for maintenance and restaurant was closed due to Covid. Underground parking and outlets for plug in EV's were a nice convenience. I think they need to sort out a few things before I consider going back.
D	Diane Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast friendly and easy check in. We had a pet with us so we were in the pet friendly room, large spacious and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and lovely to walk around. Beach is fun to climb around the rocks. Great place to vacation!

Upgraded the outdoor area's including sitting areas right at the point and the tennis courts have been updated. Pet friendly and family friend which is awesome. Indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool. Check it out I don't think you will be disappointed. I wasn't!
j	jay yuen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an airbnb, great view island vibe. Loved the billiards table after a nice pool swim n fun with the wife n kids. They also got fitness centre n more ! Will return here for more spa n other experiences. Personally love the shellfish reserve near by! .

But our overall stay was not really pleasurable, because on how their Manager Omar handled his communication with my friends...he charged them $100 plus because of their dog. Where in fact, they said it was pet friendly...so be cautious on their Manager, because he is rude and unprofessional- just make sure you don't have any complaint or talk to this fella, because He is known in putting down the phone whenever you want to talk to him. Or if not don't bring any pets to this facility...because they'll charge you without further notice on your credit card. Like what happened to our friend.

You can hear everything your neighbor says or does, which, at times, can be a very disturbing experience. There is absolutely no privacy when you have a neighbor. Would not recommend this place to people who require some quiet time.
r	roderick baron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was good and beautiful but unfortunately we had a dog which still a puppy and making a lot of noise and despite we book a pet friendly room, they put additional charges to us because the manager stated that they needed to move 2 guest who complaint about our pet and gave them a discount. I don't mind the charges but what I do care was the rudeness of the manager when I was talking to him on the phone.
