o	otto lukat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in suite 127a , had view of the ocean and facilities. Enjoyed the hot tub , they also have a gym . The suite is fully equipped with a large tub and shower, which I fully enjoyed. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Had a electric fireplace in the suite . you can book a real fireplace outside of the lobby for an hour . If you want to enjoy a day spa you can go next door to Tigh-Na-Mara . The staff were very friendly, we definitely enjoyed our stay and will come back.

The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax at the end of the day. The bed was comfortable though pillows could be improved upon. Loved that I had a kitchenette, balcony, and easy check in! The walk down to the water was beautiful.

Very uncharacteristically for us, when checking out, we booked our return visit for a 7-night stay again next year. Even with the construction of new units in the back of the property, we never heard a sound. Our suite was prefect for our needs and we were impressed with the overall cleanliness of the suite and facility in general. ALL staff from housekeeping to front desk to Tara the General Manager were most accommodating, helpful and friendly. The one little hitch was trying to preregister via the Canary software. This, however, was more than compensated for by the front desk when we checked in, and it took significantly less time than Canary.
c	canucklehead2004 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic resort experience highlighted by the most kind-hearted and hospitable front-desk worker I have ever met - Warren. He truly went above and beyond in making my wife and I feel comfortable during our stay and treated us like one would a close friend or family. We also loved the wood burning fireplaces though it would be great if the outdoor fireplace hours could be extended for a late night glass of wine. Looking forward to our next stay already!
H	Hawaiian Recreations on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Great space. Two full bathrooms. The bed was amazing. I felt I slept on clouds. Big size kitchen, although I didn’t cook. Fantastic front desk personnel! This place is my #1! Keep it up guys, I’ll see you soon.
V	Valerie J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a lot going for it and would have got a higher rating except, we had a senior with us and never got the room warm, the fireplace heat didn't work, radiant floor only reached 22 degrees, no instructions to operate anything, bird poop on outside chairs and no seat cushions around, blankets thin and not very warm, dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. Coffee maker put grounds and sediment in cups. Beach access not accessible, three foot drop into rocks at the end of trail, needs a stairway or ramp. Good things: the young man at front desk was amazing but we didn't want to be constantly calling him, he was on his own, hot tub and big fluffy robes were great. Accommodations were nice otherwise. Beds very comfortable and very quiet at night. Would try again.
H	Hannah Barnard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying the main hotel or the only one not under construction right now is not on the water. There is a pathway to the water. A hot tub is available all year and there is a heated pool in the summer. Rooms are nice and spacious, though outlets are in odd locations. The jacuzzi we had sounded like a jet airplane taking off. Beds are comfortable and some rooms have kitchens. We did not have that room but ours has a min fridge, microwave and coffee pot. There are plates and cups in the cabinets.

I have stayed there for New Years Eve and I have also setup/dismantled many programs for Excellence Seminars International in their meetings room. Everything is beautiful and its always a relaxing place to stay. Not sure if Jack (Assistant Manager) is still working there but he's awesome too!
