★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed professional when I dropped of my 2 mowers to be looked at, stated they would get back to me within 3 days and give me a cost "estimate" of what needed to be done. One mower was given to me by my neighbor and he said it was old and maybe not worth fixing. I told them I cleaned out both carbs and they both only sputtered. They said they would have a look and get back to me. 10 days go by and no call, I gave them the benefit of the doubt realizing times are different at the moment, they told me both mowers had been repaired, and I owed $300, this was not the initial agreement. When I reminded them on what was agreed on, I received attitude and a well sorry if you don't want to pay, leave the mowers here. Zero accountability, or ownership of not absorbing the communication. They also stated that I clearly didn't do any repairs to my own mower, basicsy calling me a liar.
If you use these guys get a quote in writing, or else they will just go ahead with the repairs and take your machine hostage.
I was unimpressed with the pay or beat it attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The front end staff are professional (unlike some other saw shops) and do their best to have you leave happy with your experience. I have never had an issue with the technical work they do in the back so overall very much recommended.

Very happy with my first dealing with this business. So much so, I will be back next week to buy a new strimmer.
Oh ... and one more thing ... they are honest! Great conversation and a great deal.
