Actually after my first wash, few of my hair were wavy like 3 sections. I called Jane to book an appointment again to fix the issue, which she happily agreed to. The straightening on those sections was done again. But it left those sections drier than the ones that were not touched again. So, some of my hair are shiny and others dull. It looks frizzier as well. Overall, my hair look straight. I am going to put some olive oil on them if that helps and argon oil serum to keep my hair moisturized.

I've always had a mix between any curly and frizzy hair and Jane is able to transform it into smooth permanently straight hair. I'm always so impressed by how meticulous and perfectionistic she is in her work.
