They were super accommodating and able to get me in short notice. I had a terrible haircut from another salon and Yvonne did an amazing job fixing it! She cut it exactly how I wanted and I am so thrilled with my haircut! The staff was friendly and it was definitely worth it!! Highly recommended!

I went to see Melanie C to colour my hair, but soon noticed that only the top head of my hair was coloured and the rest was still my original colour. I have extremely thick hair so it was apparent that she tried to cheap out and save product. After 2 weeks past by, and the colour was still coming out. My towels, shirts, everything was stained! I panicked and contacted the salon, but she was not in that day so I spoke to the manager and explained what had been happening. He was extremely rude and said, β€œShe’s never had a complaint before and she has 10 years of experience”. Instead of acknowledging my concerns and offering a solution, he was aggressive and hostile. When I went in person to speak to Melanie, she outright refused to speak to me because I had β€œcomplained” to her manager. I started crying because I was shocked by her unprofessional behaviour and the manager laughed at me. He actually laughed at me! I have never been so disrespected in my life. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business.

BE CAREFUL THEY ARE DANGEROUS. The owner/ manager is very unprofessional, unrespectful and impolite. He burned my wife's hair, and we are filing a claim against them with our lawyer and after she is done and trying to tell him what you guys did!!!! To my hair, he starts screaming and tells her get out of my shop. Don't go here if you care about your look/hair.

Inconsistent cuts, would not correct a horrible haircut. Very overpriced and rude. Horrible customer service. Go anywhere but here.

Ladies and gents: if you are looking for a hair salon- run far away from this miserable rotten hole found in TD square. I would venture as far to say to go to a first choice or easy clips, save some money and probably get a better service. Donny; the son of the owners butchered my hair. Damaged it , razored It, and gave me something I did not want. I went it with thick long hair ; and walked out with a mess. Pictures included of my hair before Donny decided to get his jollys off through destroying my hair.

I had an appointment on July 24th. They quoted me $60 for a cut and wanted to charge $20 more for a blow dry. At some point the stylist said: β€œdon’t get me wrong, you’re a nice girl, but your hair is really not worth my time”. Then he proceeded to tell me how I have the most difficult hair he’s ever styled. Never returning there.

NEVER GO TO THIS SALON! They do NOT care about their clients, all they care about is making $$. I've been to the TD location a few times to see Donny -- at that time the salon was actually Angles. They have now moved to Bow Valley Square & go by a new name -- Element Salon. My first few visits seemed OK, but with each appointment, I would notice more & more little things that upset me about my service. It takes alot typically for me to complain, so I always just kept it to myself. But.. About a month after my father passed away, I went to see Donny to do my hair in an attempt to bring my spirits up. Might I add, my birthday was also just around the corner as well. I noticed that my hair was noticably orange in certain areas, so I tried to address my concerns & have it corrected. He told me that I could tone it out at home using a purple shampoo. After having paid over $200 for this service, I should not have had to do this. I expressed my frustration & he told me that he did the best he could, blamed MY hair & that if it is not to my liking, then I always had the choice to find a new stylist. I told him.. OK, I might just do that. Fast forward to 5 months later.. I needed my hair done & decided that rather than screw around to find a new stylist, I'd give him a shot to redeem himself. So I called in & booked my appointment. When doing so, I heard someone saying something in the background to the person booking my appointment, but could not make it out. Regardless, I was told the appointment was booked. Then I recieved a call 4 DAYS LATER saying that my appointment had been cancelled due to the previous discussion that I had w/ Donny. As you can imagine, I was baffled by the call. I am a paying customer who was upset w/ my service & because of that, I was told that I wasn't welcome back. Not to mention, I heard someone saying something when I was booking the appointment.. so why not tell me that then? Instead they wait 4 days.. and it wasn't even Donny who called to inform me of this, it was a receptionist. This left me scrambling to find a stylist in only 2 days before I head out of town for my spouse's birthday. Luckily I found someone else & she had absolutely no issues w/ my hair. Imagine that... yet Donny blamed my hair as to why there were orange streaks, when all it required was more time & product to tone. All around poor customer service, poor quality of service & they cheap out on products to save $$, but will charge you whatever they want -- more often than not, quoting you one price & charging you more at checkout. The fact that they moved locations & changed their name speaks volumes. SAVE YOUR $$ AND HAIR, DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE.
