I had to chase for the waitress to order , the first one said it's not her and when I asked her who she said she doesn't know and just left , the second said again not her and pointed to a direction and left .. finally 20 min after I was able to order , then before leaving we asked for the cheque and again .. 20 min waiting ..and I skipped the part where we were waiting for a table ... Service is pretty bad

T	The Travelogist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16$+ tax for a "Montreal Mule" presented in a wine glass, no crushed ice. They need to learn how to make a real drink. Food was ok but a bit pricey for the offer. The decor of the hotel and terrace was like a low quality South Beach imitation. I live nearby but won't be returning, there are far better places to spend my money for a better drink or atmosphere.

A	Alissa Oren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience! We were seated at a dirty table with traces of grease and ketchup so we had to ask them to clean the table.The food is bad. I had the burger which came cold, probably because it was frozen and only cooked on the outside but not long enough for the heat to go all over.The meat had no taste, no salt, no spices, nothing! The bread bun was soggy on the outside and burnt on the inside, AND the worst part, the bacon in the burger was actually a huge chunk of bacon with mostly fat, about 5x5 cm big, instead of thin strips of bacon as it would have been normal. The fries were soft and soggy instead of crispy. The beer was warm and flat.We didn't receive salt and pepper. The waitress didn't come to ask us if we were ok with the order. The Manhattan cocktail had a huge block of ice in it so in the end it was just a lot of water with no alcohol. This place is ripp off. We'll never go back, it's not worth spending money here, since the food and the service are bad, and the view is not that great, basically you are looking at the hotel apartments and the balconies. The terrace is run by teenage employees who have no idea what they're doing, and the customers are also quite young so they seem to accept the bad service and food because they don't know any better.
