★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the lunch buffet with 15 of my extended family and were well received by the staff. Everything was super fresh with a fast turn around of different pizzas and desserts. Crisp salads and very descent, for buffet, pastas. Best pizza hut experience one could hope for. If all pizza hut locations were this nice, clean, and we'll staffed; the chain would make a real impact on my diet in a happy way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a huge fan of hearing we aren't offering that deal because we don't have the ingredients to make your pizza. I asked why the website shows deals if they aren't offering anything. The manager whom I spoke with was very passive aggressive stating that its "not their fault, and its head office." I asked if that would be false advertising? she replied "no staff no product, and we will not honor any deals that are shown on the website. But You can still have your pizza's just not the deal price." So how is it they have the ingredients and staff at regular price, but not at the deal price.... I also stated that maybe during these times when people want a little normalcy in their lives, since they are deemed essential, that they should plan better for peek orders and days. Restaurant service 101.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most amazing staff I've ever met!! The supervisors are amazing and do such an awesome job at running the place. The servers are always working as hard as they can to make the customers happy so thank you guys!! Its sad to hear they had to close for dine in because of how the servers were being treated. The rules made during covid 19 are there to protect them, and customers from harm but if no one follows them then they can run there business. Please everyone, once they open back up for dine in, treat them like family they deserve it for all they're hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the pizza and wings meal just now and when I saw the wings I laughed!! My index finger is bigger than half of them... I'm sure the staff and owners expect real sized portions when they order takeout after their long day at work and so do the rest of us, good job Pizza hut Terrace for being ridiculous I won't come back ?
