They said it would take 45 minutes, and we had our pizza in exactly that. They were very busy, which is a good sign for a pizza place because it means people are aware of the quality. The sauce was very flavourful. The cheese was tasty and the toppings were good quality. I would recommend this pizza to anyone traveling through Osoyoos. And we will definitely order from Mami's again the next time we are in town. I've also included the window painting they had out front because it's amazing. Garfield rules.

I love all the fun and very different options (corn or tandoori chicken, donaire, etc) with some of the usual favourites (cheese lovers, pepperoni, hawaiian, etc). I loved the Shahi Paneer pizza! Very fragrant and tasty. I think it is my new favourite. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.

After 80 minutes at 8:20 pm we called back to inquire about the delay, at which point they said it's been busy and I would have to pick up the order, which wasn't possible. I asked if they even made the order and he said no because they couldn't deliver it. No courtesy call back to us so we could order elsewhere even though they had our number from when they took the order. Very unprofessional and shows a cavalier disregard for the customer. Update: After making and eating our own dinner they did show up - 2 hr and 10 minutes after we placed the order. The driver said he had no idea about us telling them to cancel the order because we couldn't pick it up. I think they can do better than this.

After an hour and a half we called back to check in, and were put on hold, and were told it would be 10-15 more minutes, and we waited another 45 minutes. After receiving our order over two hours later, the order was incorrect and the food was far below expectations. As I have worked in a restaurant for over five years I can understand how times can get busy and mistakes happen, but a phone call with an update or apology would have be appreciated.
