★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually very pleased with the meals however this time was not happy at all. Fries were undercooked, and not "crispy". Fish was very dry. And staff had forgotten an item that we had asked for, had to run back in to get it. And had ordered two poutine fries, only received one. So when we went back in to get that as well, staff argued with us and told us we never ordered so we were not charged for it so would not make for us. Did not even offer to change it for us, and we would have paid. Don't know if we did pay because this restaurant never gives receipts.
