★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a rating of zero I would. The owners were extremely unpleasant and would not let me return a purchase I made even though their sign says they accept returns within 14 days. I suggest going to First Choice Health foods on the same block as they were wonderful to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often buy products from this shop but after my latest experience I will never shop there again. I inadvertently bought an item that was missing the plastic protection around the lid. I discovered this when I got home. I went back looking for it to be replaced with a safe item. I was told that it was open and they don’t sell products that are open. No amount of arguing would get the owner to understand. So I’m out $50. No customer service at all.

I found there prices quite high an when l left to go to the Health food store next door, l found a friendly ,updated woman highly knowledgeable an a book of valued information. I will tell all my friends never to go to Bonnie Doon Health Food store..if any body is Aggressive my Dear ..its absolutely you!
