Prior to using Bart, I was using a different broker who would be 2-3 days between responses and would offer all sorts of misinformation. It was a nightmare and almost lost me the purchase. Out of frustration, a friend suggested I try Bart as they had a great experience with him. I had Bart take the file and he was off full speed! Everything was flawlessly streamlined along and he completed more in the first two days then the other broker completed in 4 weeks (actually!) Bart knows his stuff! He would also phone me well outside of business hours as the timeline to close the paperwork was tight to ensure we were successful in the application. This attention to detail was beyond appreciated. He is thorough and knows his job inside and out. On top of that, he is very personable and a great guy to chat with ANNNDDD he ordered me pizza to the new place! :) I absolutely recommend Bart and his team and I will be using him on my next purchase!
