She really makes you feel like you're working through the whole process as a team, and does everything she can to help with any hiccups along the way. I know she put a lot of extra effort in for me to reach out to lawyers and the Land Titles Office, and always kept me informed of every step along the way. She is very thorough and goes over the mortgage contract with you so that you can easily understand everything involved before signing.
