Terrace Beauty Nail Salon

Well after a week of trying to get my situation rectified I am forced to let my fellow nail loving ladies know; I had my nails done at Nails Beauty Salon on main last Saturday! When I came in (5 minutes early) John (NAIL TECH) started my nails and said “you should do coffin, it would look nice” I told him “no thank you I’ll stick with stiletto” he raised his eyebrows and smiled like “whatever” but I didn’t pay attention I just assumed he would respect my wishes and do what I as a customer wanted! When he started shaping my nails I noticed he clipped the entire left side of my ring finger on my right hand (I knew it wouldn’t shape right so I let him know I wasn’t happy with it) johns reply was “what do you want me to do about it?” I’m not one to sit and argue with anyone so I just sat and hoped he would fix it! HE DIDNT! When he was done I had 3 almond shaped nails...a couple of round nails and the rest poorly done stiletto! When my other half, whom doesn’t know squat about nails looked at my nails his reply was “woah” I tried to tell the cashier I didn’t like my nails at all and asked to get them fixed. She said “when you come back your regular nail tech can fix it” she’s new so I didn’t want to stand there and argue with her for something she didn’t do. My other half reluctantly paid and we left. I called right after I left to talk to Lee who asked why I didn’t tell John I wasn’t happy with my nails...AGAIN I didn’t wanna argue I just asked to get them reshaped the next time I came into town she said “I can do it now” I told her I couldn’t and she got really rude with me so I told her I’d just like my money back and my nails taken off. That wasn’t possible at the time she says. I’ve called 3X...I’ve Facebook messaged and was left on “read” with no reply for a week. I’m sad to say I won’t be going back there as I pay a good chunk of money for my self care treatment. I am by no means bashing EVERYONE at Terrace Nail Beauty Salon. I know that most of the staff there are very hard working and very friendly. I just do not like how my situation was handled at all. I tried for a WEEK to get my money back and my nails taken off.

The most comprehensive customer service ever. CARLY IS AMAZING. She went above and beyond for me and I am so happy that there are such talented and kind people out there! I always come here for Pedi and shellac nails Never disapointed. Fair priced.

Tsy was my nail tech. She was wonderful and very thorough. The shop was clean and had a pleasant vibe to it. I will definitely be coming back here again while working up here.

My go-to place for my nails! Love the atmosphere and friendly workers. I get my waxing, pedicures, and nails done no where else but here! Plus the location is great and easily accessible.

My daughter and myself get shellac mani pedis, they last about 2-3 weeks. This is a lot longer than usual. Great quality. Very friendly and professional.
